She is a State-Certified Public Administrator and a Certified County Finance Officer. An accountant by trade, Brooke earned her Bachelor of Science in Administration from Bryan College and her Associate of Science in Accounting from Chattanooga State Community College. She also serves as Chair of the Advisory Board for the Chattanooga-Hamilton County Family Justice Center and is a member of the Civil Air Patrol. Brooke is the Republican nominee for Hamilton County Clerk and will appear on the ballot in August. She lives on Signal Mountain with her husband, daughter, and two dogs.
Bill Hullander was first elected Trustee of Hamilton County in 2010 after serving as a County Commissioner for 12 years. He and his wife Linda reside in Apison, TN, on the same farm that Bill has lived on his whole life. They have 2 children, Matt and Mandy and 3 grandchildren. He was voted the Outstanding Trustee of the Year for the State of Tennessee in 2018 and was awarded Statesman of the Year for Tennessee’s Third Congressional District in 2023. Bill’s goal for the Trustee’s office is to always be looking for ways to help serve the tax payers of Hamilton County better. Bill’s hobbies are working on the farm and boating on the Tennessee River.
Vince Dean served 27 years with the Chattanooga Police Department, 10 years on the East Ridge City Council, and 9 years in the Tennessee General Assembly where he served as: Chair of Public Safety Subcommittee for several years, Republican Floor Leader, and Chairman of the House Transportation Committee. During his time with the Transportation Committee he was instrumental in securing funds for many of the major road projects in Hamilton County. In 2014, he defeated a 20 year incumbent and assumed the office of Criminal Court Clerk. He has used technology to take that office to the next level, making it user friendly for those who find themselves in one of his 3 offices. He serves on the Board of Directors for both County Officials Association of Tennessee and the Tennessee Court Clerks Association. He and his wife Debbie are the proud grandparents of their first 6 month old granddaughter and are anxiously awaiting their second granddaughter’s arrival in September. Debbie is a stay at home dog mom.
