About Our Speaker:  Kim Pace is a Director in the LBMC Transaction Advisory Services practice, where she is focused on providing financial due diligence services for both strategic and private equity sponsored buyers and sellers. She brings 10 years of public accounting experience to her role, with the last six years focused on M&A transaction services. In her current position, Kim has managed buy-side and sell-side engagements across various sectors of the manufacturing and distribution industry, as well as technology and construction. She has also gathered transaction experience across a broad range of healthcare sectors.

Prior to joining the Transaction Advisory Services practice in 2019, Kim was a Manager in the firm’s audit department in Chattanooga.
