About Our Speaker: Amy Seymour is a workforce analytics leader with more than 15 years of experience helping organizations use data to inform strategic and financial decision‑making. She currently leads the Workforce Analytics & Insights team at BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee, partnering with leaders to assess workforce risk, engagement, and organizational health. With a PhD in measurement, statistics, and research design, Amy brings rigorous methodology and strong governance to workforce metrics, translating complex analysis into clear insights that support accountability, performance, and sustainable business outcomes.
