Keith Hales is Chief Executive Officer of InfoSystems, Inc. He received his MBA from University of TN & his BS in Business Management from Carson Newman. Robert Goodwin is  InfoSystems’ Chief Technology Officer. His background is in electronic engineering & he has extensive experience in the tech industry.

Kyle Wilson - Assistant US Attorney, Department of Justice (Program 2) Using AI in the Commission & Detection of Fraud

Field of Study: Information Technology - Technical

Learning Objective: Learn from real-life examples how the use of artificial intelligence in both the commission & detection of fraud is impacting cases at the U.S. Attorney’s office. Kyle Wilson is Chief of the US Attorney’s Office TNE Southern Division. He served as co-chair of DOJ Artificial Intelligence Community of Interest.

Christa Mannarino is Executive Director for  Local Services for Signal Centers, a statewide non-profit organization serving children & adults with disabilities. She is a Chattanooga native, but started her career working for a global marketing research company in London. She earned her MBA from UTC & her BS in fine arts from UT. She is a professional facilitator & CFRE.

David Frederick - LBMC (Program 4) Tax-Favored Investment Structures

Field of Study: Tax- Technical

Learning Objective: A look at tax-favored estate planning & where liquid portfolios fit, how to diversify your investment position without tax or liquidation consequence, how to draw cash value from your securities with minimum tax, & more. David Frederick is a Senior Manager of High Net Worth Taxes & Planning at LBMC. An attorney by background, his practice is  focused on advising high net worth individuals on matters of estate planning, business succession planning, & tax mitigation. He is a trained economist & holds the position of Adjunct Professor of Economics at Washington University in St. Louis.

Howard Wall - UTC Center for Economic Research (Program 5) Economic Update

Field of Study: Economics - Technical

Learning Objective: With new twists in the economy seeming to happen every week, we take a look at the economy now, with an emphasis on our regional economy. Also hear about the  current research at our local UTC Center for Regional Economic Research. Howard Wall is the Director & Chief Economist for the UTC Center for Regional Economic Research. Earlier in his career he was a vice president & regional economics advisor at the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis. His recent focus has been on modeling & estimating the macroeconomy as the interaction of regional & local economies. He received his MA & PhD from State University of New York at Buffalo, & his BA in economics from State University of New York in  Binghamton.

State Boards of Accountancy have final authority in the acceptance of individual courses of CPE credit.
