Brittany Carman, Partner at HHM CPAs Brittany Carman is a partner at HHM CPAs, a full-service public accounting and consulting firm with locations in Chattanooga, Memphis, and Cleveland, Tennessee. She has over 15 years of public accounting experience focusing on the accounting and assurance needs of privately held companies in various industries, including construction, nonprofit, and manufacturing and distribution, among others. Putting her in-depth knowledge of accounting principles to use—along with experience working with different businesses to help improve her clients’ internal controls—results in growth across her vast client portfolio.

Internally, Brittany oversees the firm’s Women's Initiative Committee, is involved with the Campus Recruitment Committee, as well as the firm’s training and development initiatives. Externally, she is involved in the community through various organizations including the Accounting & Financial Women’s Alliance, Chattanooga Area Chamber of Commerce, Tennessee Society of CPAs, and most recently served as co-chair of the Pink! Gala for the CHI Memorial Foundation.

Brittany graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Management with a concentration in Accounting. Outside of the office, Brittany enjoys cooking, golfing, and relaxing outside with her husband, friends, and dog.

Martha Leiper, Executive Vice President, Chief Investment Officer at Unum Martha Leiper has served as executive vice president, chief investment officer of Unum Group since October 2019, responsible for the investment and asset management strategies of Unum’s portfolio. Before re-joining Unum after a tenure with USAA, she held leadership roles of increasing responsibility with Unum (including predecessor companies) from 1985 to 2010, most recently as senior vice president and deputy chief investment officer from January 2006 to May 2010. She also served as the chair of the Unum Investment Committee and Benefit Finance Committee.

Leiper previously served as senior vice president, corporate finance and enterprise money movement at USAA from October 2016 to October 2019. While at USAA, she also served as senior vice president, corporate finance and investments from May 2015 to September 2016, and as senior vice president, chief investment officer from May 2010 until May 2015. Leiper served on the advisory committee for diversity and inclusion at USAA.

Leiper serves on the board of directors of the Chattanooga Area Food Bank, River City Company, UTC Dean Advisory Board, Co-Chair for AIF Investment Advisory Board, and on the investment committee of the Chattanooga Community Foundation. She holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in business administration and finance from the University of Tennessee. She is a chartered financial analyst and a certified public accountant and is active in industry associations.

Arlene McCullough, Senior Vice President of Accounting for Vision Hospitality Group

 Arlene returned to the Vision Hospitality Group in 2023 in the role of Senior Vice President of Accounting, bringing 30 years of hospitality experience establishing accounting standards and procedures. Arlene loves to travel with her husband and dog, Olive, and enjoys serving as the travel agent for her extended family's travels.
